Several years ago, we met a man and his wife who had similar interests as ours and a relationship began. Uwe always has lots of questions and lots of things to talk about. Germany is a very dark place and there is not a lot of Christian discipleship or fellowship. We are thankful for the opportunity to be used this way in Uwe and Wilhelmina's life. Dave has been able to visit with them several times this week.
When printing out tracts for Italy, about a thousand of them were damaged and were going to be thrown away. We took a look at them and realized that even though the Italian was damaged, the German part was still good. We cut off the bad and Dave has been able to pass them out while in Germany!
Pray for Robert, a young man about 27 years old who is a surf board guy from Brazil. He and Dave had some great conversation!
Pray for Nayel, a teenager from Taiwan who was playing basketball in the park. Dave stopped to talk with him and because our son has played basketball, Dave was really able to connect with him. He shared the Gospel with Nayel and shared that God wants to have a relationship with him, just like a Father has with his child.
Many seeds are being planted. Our earnest prayer is that God would bring the increase. May we be found faithful, no matter where we are ... on this side of the world and on the other! Thank you for your continued prayers!
