Oops! I have not kept you all as up to date as I should have! Please forgive me.
After 5 weeks of traveling, we were beginning to get accustomed to the whole process. We had accomplished the purpose in Germany and Italy and now it was time to continue the mission on the homefront.
Getting back to "the daily grind" was welcoming and not so welcoming, but we braved on. Isn't it a comfort to know that our Heavenly Father goes with us and helps us no matter where we are?
Upon arrival at home, we were greeted with rain, mud and what appeared to be a knee high jungle of acreage. Still too wet to mow, we began assessing other areas of our property and came upon our deep freezer full of unfrozen meat. Oh the joy!
No worries. The same God who provided that meat in the freezer, will provide for us once again! Seeing it go to waste was difficult though.
Now, about a week later, we are adjusting and the grass is mowed. We've settled in to a work routine, but we still continue to pray for those people we had the pleasure of coming in contact with. Care to join us?
In summary, our trip went well. Yes, there were rocky spots, but we continued on in faith. MANY seeds were planted and we grew as a family. To God be the glory....we sure could not have done any of it without your prayers.
May the Holy Spirit convict hearts and draw men to Christ. (John 12)
