Welcome to our ministry blog. We invite you to read about what God is doing as we reach the world for Christ
from the streets of Rome. As you read, please pray! Our next ministry trip will be September 2-16.

Home Sweet Home

This is the apartment complex we will live in while in Rome, Italy for three months. We have been looking for an apartment for the last couple months and we've done a lot of research. This was one that we liked and so we were able to put down a deposit on it recently. I am so thankful to the Lord for giving us direction in finding this apartment and for the peace to know that it was the right one.

Apartments in Italy come either completely furnished or completely unfurnished. Unfurnished apartments do not have light fixtures, sinks etc... We went with the furnished apartment...for obvious reasons! The apartment has two bedrooms, a bathroom and a small kitchen along with the dining room and living room. The living room has a fireplace as well. There is a veranda just off of the dining room. This is what we will call home for nearly three months! We're getting excited!

Hebrews 11:13,15,16

... These all died in faith, not having received the promises, but having seen them afar off and were PERSUADED of them, and EMBRACED them, and CONFESSED that they were STRANGERS and PILGRIMS on the earth. For they that say such things declare plainly that they seek a country... But now they desire a better country, that is, an heavenly: wherefore God is not ashamed to be called their God: for he hath prepared for them a city.
