Maratona di Roma

Dave will be running the Rome Marathon tomorrow. This is a highlight of his trip, because he can pass out tracts near the Vatican and get away with it! He will have a few hundred Scripture tracts with him and as he is running, he will pass them out to the crowd gathered around. People reach their hands out to see what he has.

Please be praying for him. As we mentioned before, he has some physical pain right now in his knees. Please pray that He would have a successful race tomorrow … that he will be able to finish the race and not have run it in vain. Please be praying for the people that he passes the tracts out to. Please pray that their hearts would be soft and that the seed of truth will be planted deep!

We are all running a race! May we all run for the incorruptible prize!

Know ye not that they which run in a race run all, but one receiveth the prize? So run, that ye may obtain. And every man that striveth for the mastery is temperate in all things. Now they do it to obtain a corruptible crown; but we an incorruptible. 1 Corinthians 9:24-25
