Pilgrims For Sure


Life can take interesting turns sometimes and even though you have one idea of how your life should be, God usually has another idea that is far better. With that in mind, you can understand the verse in the Bible that says, "Man makes the plans, but God directs his steps." No matter how many times we say we are NOT moving again, we end up moving again! I'm sure that there are those that cast a criticism here or there about what we end up doing, but the bottom line is... we must go where the Lord leads. We truly are pilgrims here on earth and one day when I see Jesus face to face in Heaven, I will TRULY be able to say... " I am NOT moving again!" and mean it!

Hebrews 11:13,15,16

... These all died in faith, not having received the promises, but having seen them afar off and were PERSUADED of them, and EMBRACED them, and CONFESSED that they were STRANGERS and PILGRIMS on the earth. For they that say such things declare plainly that they seek a country... But now they desire a better country, that is, an heavenly: wherefore God is not ashamed to be called their God: for he hath prepared for them a city.
